Janitor and Cleaner Driver

_AllStar Property Services is a well established property maintenance company looking for an exterior janitor/porter driver.
_ This is an overnight position with Full-time 5 nights and/weekends.
Hours usually range from 9pm to 5am *Job Description* * Change out trash liners and hand pick litter to remove from parking lot surfaces and landscape areas.
* Use a backpack blower to remove debris from storefronts, curb-lines and corners.
* Clean up and maintain dumpster areas with shovel.
* Cobwebbing and wiping of window ledges.
* Perform janitorial duties that include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming along with replacement of toiletries.
* Perform basic pre-trip inspection, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc.
* Drive company vehicle from job to job.
* Complete paperwork at the end of each shift.
*Requirements:* * Must be 21 years + (insurance regulations) with a valid Florida driver's license with no traffic infractions in the last three years on your record.
* 3rd shift experience preferred.
* Must be able to work flexible hours.
* Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
* Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

The availability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends is a requirement.
