REPORTS TO: Contents Manager
Starting pay: $15 - $18 per hour based on experience
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
Complete pack ins/pack outs adherent to the scope of work provided by the Contents Manager
Complete photographic inventories of personal property using an ipad and ContentsTrack software
Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing and categorizing of customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, and deodorization of personal property and structure
Acquires appropriate documentation from homeowners/Communicates with homeowners to notify of job schedule
Structure cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings and all areas affected by water and/or fire damage
Complete cleaning process for contents on assigned jobs/Clean up job sites after demolition
Follow all safety protocols and ensure that proper PPE is utilized and safety precautions are taken
Provide detailed notes and photos using the company’s digital record keeping system
Communicate with the Contents Manager on a daily basis to advise on job progress, issues, etc
Remediate soot and smoke from fire damaged contents and structures
Drive company vehicles
Required at time of Application:
High school graduation or other equivalent (i.

Valid Driver's License.
Good driving record
Must add drug screening

Professional attitude and demeanor
