We are a growing company looking for a motivated individuals to join our warehouse and delivery team.
We are looking for enthusiastic associates to perform a variety of warehouse duties and deliver orders from our local warehouse to customers in our community.
Job Overview:
Warehouse/Delivery Driver associates critical members of our team, ensuring our products are received, stored, and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
As a Warehouse/Delivery Driver associate, you will participate in a variety of tire distribution functions inside our warehouse to assist in the receipt, storage, loading and unloading, and inventory of tires.
You will also drive a vehicle to various locations along assigned routes to deliver tires.
When driving, you will be behind the wheel of well maintained, clean and modern TireDispatch.
com-branded van or small box truck and be part of a motivated team that safely processes and delivers tires.
You will be home every evening/night.
Reports directly to the supervisor / manager of the facility.
Duties And Responsibilities May Include:
Receive, store, pick and load tires within the warehouse.
Assists in inventory maintenance, inventory counts, and keep quality standards high for audits.
Prepares orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements.
Counts material to confirm ship/receive quantity of all deliveries.
Loads delivery vehicles for the purpose of ensuring that all items and supplies are accurate and properly secured.
Drives a vehicle to various locations along assigned routes to deliver high-quality products to our customer locations in a safe, courteous, and timely manner via company truck or light van per direction of supervisor.
Unload product from vehicle by hand and place in designated customer storage areas.
Cleans, services, and maintains delivery vehicles including washing, checking tires, gasoline, oil and water levels; runs safety checks on assigned vehicle.
Reviews and verifies invoices, purchase requests or sales order to ensure accuracy.
Collects and submits payments as per company policy.
Complies with all safety policies and procedures, and DOT and OSHA requirements.
Other duties assigned as needed.
Experience:
Warehouse experience: 1-3 years (Required)
Must have 6+ months driving a box truck, light van, or car.
Cherry picker: 1-2 years (Preferred)
Reach truck: 1-2 years (Preferred)
Route delivery experience a plus.
1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience (Preferred).
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid US Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test (includes marijuana).
Have and maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions (Required).
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred).
Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills.
Must maintain a regular, dependable attendance record.
Target Based Range:
$18.
00 – 20.
00 per hour.
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
Other Skills:
Ability to demonstrated excellent communication skills.
Must have good understanding of road rules and use of GPS.
Ability to follow map routes and time schedule.
Physical Demands:
Heavy Lifting - occasionally lift, push, or move product that weighs 25-75 pounds unassisted.
Occasionally reach up to 72" to stack and unstack product.
Constantly bend and twist while loading and unloading product, and retrieving items.
Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours.
Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours.
May include transporting product by down ramps, stairs, or docks.

Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or until completion of deliveries.
8–10-hour shifts are typical and shifts are available 6 days per week (No Sundays).
Four or five-day workweeks (40-45 hours is typical).
