*Job Duties Include:*
* Operate a landscape truck
* Manage daily job operations within communities
* Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with customers
* Uphold a schedule and ensure high level customer service expectations are met
* Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
* Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
* Work with managment to identify growth opportunities
* Ensure equipment preventative maintenance and inspection is performed regularly and equipment is in good working order
* Proficient with various-sized power mowers, trimmers and edging tools, power blower, etc.
* Properly and safely prune shrubs and low trees as needed, remove damaged branches
* Maintain plant and flower beds within scope
* Pick up trash, blow leaves and other organic debris, mulch organic matter when mowing or as needed
* Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe as needed or by request.
