Stepp's Towing and Heavy Transport is looking to add Light Duty Tow Truck Operators in Orlando! We are seeking candidates that possess a positive attitude, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Description:
The ideal experienced driver must be able to do the following:
Respond to accidents, breakdowns, and other roadside incidents
Stay in contact with motorists when you are in route
Perform basic repairs or tow their vehicle to a garage
Safely load cars onto the back of your truck
Remove illegally parked vehicles
Physical Requirements for the Position Include:
Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing, significant physical strength and stamina.
Qualifications:
2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
Current DOT Medical Card
Must be registered in the DOT Clearinghouse
Must be able to pass background check /drug test
Clean Driving Record
Possess great Customer Service/Communication Skills
All driver applicants must be able to pass a drug test and pass a background check.
All drivers must be equipped with their own set of tools once you are assigned the truck.

Pay:
30% Commission- Our drivers average $800-$1,300 weekly.
This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary paid position.
