Do you love working with kids and sports? We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a high potential individual to learn and grow in a Tennis Coordinator position.
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating an instructional recreational group tennis program for ages 5-14.
i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues, camps and clinics for boys and girls ages 3-16 in today’s most popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball and tennis.
With our focus on fun, safety, convenience, good sportsmanship, and age appropriate instruction i9 Sports is reinventing the youth sports experience for families across the country.

*Responsibilities:*
* Assist in setup / breakdown of the courts
* Run practices and assist with match play (volunteer parents may support each age division)
* Serve as a coach / mentor for players
* Knowledge of youth sports, TENNIS \*MUST KNOW TENNIS GAME PLAY AND RULES\*
* Able to manage and set parent and players expectations
* Create a fun on-court learning environment
* Keep practices and games running on time
* Assist in building our membership/registration base
* Set up and breakdown booth/canopy
* Interact with customers and educate them on the i9 Sports Experience
* Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered
* Observe, assess, and assist our volunteer coaches.
The position entails hands on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skills levels

*Requirements:*
* Must be 16+ years of age or older
* Part Time Availability – Approximately 8 Hours Per Day (MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY MORNINGS)
* All applicants are subject to a National Criminal Background check
* Enjoy working with kids and be able to exercise outside for several hours
* Must have reliable transportation and able to be at work by 7am
* Must have a cell phone & web/email access
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs
* Comfortable working outside in sometimes hot/cold/rainy conditions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
