Responsibilities: - Provide coaching and instruction in various sports and activities, such as swimming, martial arts, judo, and physical education - Develop and implement training programs to help students improve their skills and achieve their goals - Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow - Monitor student progress and provide feedback and guidance for improvement - Plan and organize practice sessions, drills, and competitions - Teach students the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship - Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols Skills: - Strong background in sports coaching, with experience working with students of all ages - Proficient in swim techniques and lifeguarding skills - Knowledge of martial arts disciplines, such as judo, is a plus - Ability to educate and motivate students to reach their full potential - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members - Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate proper techniques and perform physical activities related to the sport or activity being coached - Experience in childcare or working with children is preferred Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
