Admissions Attendant
Greet, welcome, and engage with guests as they enter and exit the WonderWorks building.
Answer guest questions and offer information and assistance related to all aspects of the WonderWorks attraction.
Upsell guests on additional services offered at the point of sale including arcade card, souvenir casebooks, and Magic Dinner Show.
Monitor reservations made and house count for the Outta Control Magic Dinner Show.
Communicate with the Café staff as needed when show numbers increase.
Answer telephones and redirect calls in a courteous, professional manner.
Follow the checklist for required duties and timelines.
Address and manage all complaints and concerns that occur during shifts.
If unable to appropriately resolve, refer guest complaints and/or incidents to the Manager on Duty.
Maintain admission and lobby area appearance and cleanliness according to WonderWorks standards.
Prolong standing and walking to various areas of the building.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements: Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred.
Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
On the job training is provided upon joining.
Our ideal candidate will be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
