Soccer Shots Orlando South, Osceola County, and Polk County is growing, and we are in need of responsible and energetic instructors to coach year-round in daycares, preschools, elementary schools, and local parks.

WHO WE ARE:
Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s (ages 2-8) soccer program with a focus on character development.
Though we are growing, we are a family business at heart, and we treat our employees like a team and the children we teach like our own.
We are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.
Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you not only enjoy working with children, but that you are incredibly passionate about it.
This is what truly separates Soccer Shots from everyone else - we are passionate to impact children in such a way that we leave a lasting impression on them that will give them the confidence to be successful both on and off the field.
We want the Soccer Shots class to be the best time of each child’s week!
SCHEDULE AND HOURS:
We operate as a mobile program, meaning we provide youth soccer classes at multiple locations during different times throughout the day.
Your schedule will consist of a mix and match of locations depending on classes available and your willingness to drive.
Our biggest opportunity for coaching is currently at private daycares, preschools, and elementary schools that typically are in the morning before 12pm or in the afternoon after 2pm
Weekday mornings: 9am-12pm
After-school hours: 2pm-4pm
Our local park classes are held on Saturdays in the morning before 12pm and during the week in the evening after 4:30pm.
Weeknights: 4:45pm-7pm
Saturday mornings: 8:45am-12pm
There is some flexibility in scheduling; meaning that if there are some days or times you aren’t available, we can work around that.
However, Saturday mornings are required, and once your schedule is set with us, you’ll be at the same locations at the same times each week.
We need you to be committed for the entire 16-week season.
The classes meet once a week for 30-50 minutes in length (depending on the age group).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must love kids and have a passion to positively impact their lives, loving soccer is a bonus!
Dependable: Must be willing to commit to, at minimum, one year of coaching with Soccer Shots; we need an honest and true commitment.
Responsible: Arrives at least 15-20 minutes early to each session; comes prepared with lesson plan memorized; can handle a group of 10 or more young children (ages 2-8); keeps accurate attendance; well organized.
Professional: Neat in appearance; friendly and courteous with daycare / school staff and directors / principal and parents; self-assured and confident.
Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (ages 2-8); able to connect with children and communicate on their level.
You must be very outgoing, animated, and able to be silly with the children.
There is no room for shyness or reserved behavior; we need ENTHUSIASTIC instructors!
REQUIREMENTS:
Have your own, personal, reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
Willing to drive to location that may be 20-45 minutes away
High School Diploma
FL State-Required Clearances: Candidate must pass DCF Level 2 background check.
At least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.
S.
for employment.
COMPENSATION:
$20/hour (expect around 10-20 hours/week, depending on availability).
Ability to quickly grow pay rate.
Comprehensive paid training (at $15/hour for on-field and $12/hour for online) 20-30 hours of training expected.
