Wooden Loft bed all in one (Lake Meadow Road)

Mostly solid wood loft bed with built in desk (with lamp), dresser drawers and shelves.
The top bunk holds a Full size mattress and the space below, accommodates a twin bed.
No mattress is included.
The whole thing is currently set up, but not screwed together.
Most of the screws are in a bag in a dresser drawer.
It needs a paint job or refinishing because it was my son's and he went nuts with a sharpie and stickers.
Also, the thin board that is the back of the desk and separates the desk from the lower bed area, has a hole in it, but that's easy to replace.
Please come and get it before the rain comes back.
