Whirlpool washer won’t go into spin cycle (Geneva, Fl)

The washer doesn’t go into the spin cycle sometimes, so I have to put it back into the cycle to get it to work.
The washer is in the pic next to the dryer.
It’s free, but you have to lift it over the chest freezer.
I’m also asking if you could lift the other spare washer over the freezer.
Basically, I’m trying to swap washers.
I can pay to do it.
My back is hurt, so I can’t help.
