Sofa with foldaway (Longwood)

Sofa with pull out bed with mattress.
A few stains, no tears/rips.
No smells.
Bought it from hotel liquidator (sofa was from one of the Disney resorts) VERY heavy.
I’m not loading.
Used condition but overall good condition.
Want it, come and get it.
Again, it is big and heavy.
