Greenworks 24-Inch 40V Cordless Hedge Trimmer with Rotating Handle, Battery Not Included 22332 (amazon title)
My hedge trimmer isn't working at the moment.
I was using it a few weeks ago and I was trying to cut something to thick, and it acted like it jammed.
It's done that a dozen times over the years and normally I just pull a little stick out and then it works again.
Not sure what was different this time but it just makes the little noise like it's jammed and won't turn on.
I spent an hour taking the screws of the blade out and trying to make sure nothing was in there, but I can't get it to work.
I didn't want to put it back together for the 3rd time without it working so I have all the screws in a box.
I was going to take it to get fixed, but they said it'd be $60 minimum to evaluate it and at least 2 weeks so I just bought a new one for $80.
I don't feel like mine is junk so I'm hoping someone that knows what they're doing will be interested in it and can get it fixed.
I hate to just throw things away.
I can use my battery to show you the sound it makes, but I am not giving the battery away with the trimmer.
I have a bunch of other Greenworks tools so I need the battery.
