*Some years ago, I moved to Florida with my young family, looking for an opportunity which presented itself, when I saw a For Sale sign on a 2 acre parcel, located on a busy highway in Southwest Florida.
I call ed the owner and told him I would buy the property if he gave me 6 months to arrange financing.
He agreed and I went to work.
I had NO money but I had an Idea that would make me a great profit.
I contacted several Fast Food Companies and told them that I would Build their building if they would give me a long term lease.
*One company agreed and gave me a Lease with a Copy of their Building Plans.
*I then contacted several Contractors and offered my Lease if they would Buy the Property and Build the Building.
*The Lease amount would cover the total cost of the Land and Building.
Within 6 Months, I sold the Land for $60 thousand Dollars more than the Owner wanted.
That Contractor bought the Land and built the Commercial building for the Food Company.
*It was a Win, Win, Win, for everyone.

The Builder Built a Building for a Profit and owned the property that the Food Company Paid for.

I made $60,000.
in 6 months, without coming up with any money.
Since that time, I went on to complete over 40 such deals.
