Within 6 Months, I sold the Land for $60 thousand Dollars more than the Owner wanted.
That Contractor bought the Land and built the Commercial building for the Food Company.
*It was a Win, Win, Win, for everyone.

The Builder Built a Building for a Profit and owned the property that the Food Company Paid for.

I made $60,000.
in 6 months, without coming up with any money.
Since that time, I went on to complete over 40 such deals.
