Need a handyman or electrician (Sanford/Lake Mary)

I recently had a new ceiling fan installed and it’s a bit wobbly and makes noise that keeps me up at night.
I contacted the seller and they sent me a “balancing kit” which is just a tiny back of flat magnets.
No instructions, so I’m not really sure what to do with them… I’m usually available between 12-3pm weekdays.
32m here, can also lend a hand with tools and I also have a step ladder you can use.
