In search of rental property (Winterpark)

My name is Ariel, I am a mother of 2 children (11yrs and 12 yrs old) in search of a rental property for my fiance and children and I.
I unfortunately have an eviction from covid, however I am a salaried employee currently and my fiance is employed as well.
I am searching for a mobile home or house with 3 bedrooms preferably but would accept 2 bedrooms.
I am able to spend up to 1,400 a month for rent and can pay 3 months in advance if the property is suitable and the rental agreement is a good fit for my family and I.
I am clean, quiet, respectful, and a hard worker.
I have aspergers syndrome so I am not fond of loud music/noise or any clutter/mess.
I would love to remain in the winterpark area but will accept anything within a 15 mile radius.
