Need a good paying job (Orlando)

I’m 33 year old i am from turkey but I was a welder for more than 7 years in my country reading blue prints and building things but coming to America I was a gas station employee but I’m moving to Orlando in hopes to find a better job with my family but i understand English but im not the best at speaking but hope anyone can respond.
