local takes so long to hire!! WHY??!!!?? This is why 80% of my driving has been otr.
Can't find a decent local company.

Trucker, safe, clean record, 18years,10 recent, current medical card,
80% over the road, 20% local.
Have tankers, doubles endorsement, but haven't used the tankers in a long time.
Drove doubles a few times a few months ago.
Looking for NOW to start.
Wanting 4-5 days a week.
Hourly pay or percentage.
Full time or close to it type local driving or yard jockey, within Florida, or maybe travel to Georgia or Alabama.
Prefer a W-2 type, real company over 1099.
Benefits would be a welcome bonus, but not an absolute.
Would like some kind of assurance ((established company)) that I'll be paid.
Have had some trucking companies "not able" or reluctant to pay money owed to me.
