Intake Specialist - Personal Injury Law Firm

Established plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking an english/spanish fluent speaking Intake Call Center Specialist.
This position requires strong communication skills, ability to determine if case or no case based on information gathered from caller, must be empathetic, and assist with opening cases.
Experience in signing up clients is a plus.
One Year in personal injury law firm is required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
