Lost parakeet/budgie (The Avenues at Winter Springs)

My girl, Suzie Q, escaped from my truck late Tuesday afternoon/early evening.
She is blue and green with yellow on her head, and a lotta sassy so she WILL bite strangers if you grab her.
Her wings are clipped.
She likes to hide under cars.
She's comfortable with dogs, but avoids people.
