*BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Management of cases that includes communicating with parents/caregivers and other therapists to address issues such as data collection, graphing, and programmatic decisions
* Administers functional assessments which may include VB-MAAP, ABLLS, and EFL in conjunction with quarterly updates
* Develops treatment plans and modifies as needed
*BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) QUALIFICATIONS*
* BCBA certification required
* Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with individuals with developmental disabilities required
* Florida Driver’s License in good standing
* Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship
* Must be able to complete assessments and behavior plans, staff training, data collection and monitoring
* Prior knowledge/experience with Florida med waiver requirements a plus
