09, 2023 Description:Ability to lead the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules and Integrated Master Plans.
Extensive experience with Planning and scheduling and demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a leadership role.
Ability to provide direct support to the Program Manager for the execution of current and future business goals, contract execution on multiple contracts, customer objectives and formulation of new business strategies.
Determines customer requirements and translates these into organizational plans which include the development of SOWs, WBS, IMP, IMS, Risk Assessments, Schedule Metric generation and reporting, and all activities related to execution of the Program.
Possess a high level overview of the Program and will proactively address schedule conflicts and plan execution.
The candidate must interface with a multi-discipline team, Program Managers, Cost Account Managers, external Customers and Subcontractors.
Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting.
The candidate must also demonstrate a strong understanding of Earned Value Management for DCMA contracts.
Although this job is fully remote, there is an expectation for the Planner to travel pending program requirements such as baseline reviews, proposal support, etc.
Basic Qualifications: *Extensive Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation.
*Scheduling SW such as MS Project and Open Plan.
*Schedule Metrics generation & reporting.
*Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management.
Strong communication & presentation skills.

*Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
*Effectively interface w/ senior leaders in the organization.
