*This job is Fully Remote as an Independent Contractor*
We are looking for fully *Licensed *Professional Counselors to join our *Virtual Team* in Florida.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience at rendering therapeutic services by using the most innovative techniques for treatment of structured psychopathologies addiction and mental health issues.
The successful candidate will possess relevant training and experience and will have regular case consultation with the supervisory staff.
Timely completion of paperwork is also essenctial along with exceptional collaboration and team work.
so we're looking for individuals who can work well in a team environment.
*Position starting rate = $50, however may increase based on experience.
Rate increases after the 3 months, then yearly based on performance.

Responsibilities:
* Perform BIO- psychosocial assessments, including risk assessments and development of treatment plans.
* Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders.
* Work cooperatively with others withiin the team as well as partner organizations and community providers in order to enhance the effectiveness of services for individuals.
* Provide crisis intervention support for individuals in emergency situations.
EDUCATION
Licensed with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family, Social Work or Psychology is required for the job along with exceptional communication skills, team building skills, easy to work with and at least 2 years of clinical experience as a direct therapy provider.
PLUS
Bilingual | Experience with Therapy Notes| Over 2 years’ of Telehealth experience in Clinical Counseling provision

*\* Clinician will agree to get contracted / credentialed with insurance providers.

*\* Professional Liability Insurance is required.

*\* CAQH and NPI numbers requiered for contract*
*\* Florida Residents.

*\* Proficient in Word and Excel, with experience with Electronic Health Records.

*\* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

*\* Reliable and committed to stay in our organization for a minimum of 1 year.
