Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Manager, Integrated Care Management (ICM), the Supervisor ICM is responsible for the daily oversight of the Complex Care Management unit providing clinical direction, organization, and monitoring of all care management services.
Responsible for direct supervisory oversight of staff conducting care management screening, care coordination, care management and other supportive functions.
Assists in carrying out the plans and daily operations of the Complex Care Management unit.

Provides unit and departmental leadership.
Education/Experience:
Must have the ability to travel periodically for business needs.
This requisition is in anticipation for future hiring state-wide.
Ideally, applicants should reside in AHCA Regions G & I (Palm Beach & surrounding counties & Miami-Dade & Monroe counties).
Also AHCA Regions D & E (Tampa & Orlando Metros).
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Social Work required.
Master’s Degree preferred.
A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license to practice nursing in Florida and any other state in which he/she works.
3+ years of clinical practice experience.
Must be able to practice care management within the scope of the licensure based on the standards of the discipline.
Must have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Attention to detail, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
Decision making and problem solving skills desired as well as the ability to prioritize and organize.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Access is a plus.
Consistent word processing speed and accuracy of 50 or more words per minute.
