Bantam model I believe.
Made in th3 USA by Multivox.
Fair condition with decayed body binding, replaced neck binding, newer Dynasonic type pickup, repaired pickguard, the switch and one control pot is disconnected, and there is no case.
It does play though and is priced to sell quickly.
