Small dog (casselberry)

I'm having to rehome my best boy.
This little dude is my guy.
His name is Carter.
He's such a sweet boy.
I'm having to move and can't take him with me.
And I really want him to go to a good home, therefore there will be a small rehoming fee.
Carter is 3 years old and is a purebred Havanese.
He is super easygoing.
I feed him holistic dog food from Trader Joe's, i dont really do treats because they have too much sugar.
Every now and again I will let him indulge.
He sleeps at the foot of my bed with me.
He will come with 2 sweaters and all of his toys.
He has allergies and gets itchy skin from time to time.
So after I bathe him, I rub him down with coconut oil.
He licks your ears to show his affection.
He loves to play.
He is very mild and, does well with other dogs.
He likes to lay around.
I dont know his weight though.
Maybe 18 pounds.
He would make a great addition to a loving family and he loves kids.
He is housetrained as well.
No accidents.
Not crate trained though.
