Rough Collie (Orlando)

I have a rough collie for adoption, $$$.
He's about 1 year old.
Would make a great demo dog, possibly a service dog if you put the time into him.
He gets along great with other dogs and does good with kids.
I have been fostering in for about 3 months now and he's finally at a good weight where I'm comfortable placing him.
