Roles:
* Engaged in handling customer inquiries, referral leads, business partners, and converting to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
* Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
* Call new leads within 1 hours of being assigned
* Utilizing company technologies to make high volumes, respond to client’s inquiries, receive incoming calls, and return missed calls on a daily basis
* Document all interactions in NOTES
* Familiarize with all different loan products and apply solution-focused to help the client understand the available options
* Responsible for prompt and accurate responses to customer’s mortgage questions and concerns
* Direct calls or correspondence to proper departments/personnel in the event information is not available or requires research.
* Provide clients with information about the company's services to generate additional referrals
* Utilize the Price a Loan page with loan officer authorization and advise clients to use our online application and communicate throughout the application filling process
* Collect accurate information from clients such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, etc.

* Follow up with leads at leads once every 2 days, unless with a valid reason stated in file.
* Follow up on the last leads/old leads.
* Unlicensed Client Advisors can not advise the clients about the term/savings and discuss with clients about the rate/pricing but to assign to the Loan Officer to help
* And any other duties as assigned
