Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
In this role, you will assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our vacation rental properties, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining property profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and rent increases.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is a plus.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes.
- Basic understanding of property maintenance concepts.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution with professionalism and tact.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
