Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
* Handle tenant relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between property owners and tenants.
* Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
* Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
* Manage property budgets, collect rent, and handle financial transactions related to the properties.
* Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
* Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, agents, and legal counsel, to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Ensure all property management activities comply with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license.
- Experience: Previous experience in property management and real estate sales is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of real estate market trends, property management principles, and legal regulations.
