Need to be Extremely Personable and Friendly on the Phone!! * Part Time Afternoon Position * Monday - Friday * 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm * MUST be promptly at the office on time every day at 1:30 pm ready to work * Looking for SUPER Reliable and Dependable person who is not late to work and we can count on every day Monday-Friday 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm *Responsibilities* * Speaking with our customers by telephone and email information packages on our listings.
* Answering Incoming Calls and Providing Property Listing Information.
* Answering Lots of Phone Call Inquiries and Calling our customers every day.
*Requirements* * Looking for a person EXCELLENT with Telephone Communication and Super GREAT Personality.
* Must have Local Area Knowledge - Prefer Someone *who has lived in the local area and knows their way around Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake County*.
* Real Estate Knowledge and Experience is a plus but not necessary.
