Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities ```Duties:``` - Meet with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and financial goals - Collect and analyze financial information, such as income, credit history, and debt-to-income ratio, to determine loan eligibility - Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation - Evaluate loan options and present them to clients, explaining the terms and conditions - Maintain a thorough understanding of mortgage products, interest rates, and industry regulations - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns ```Requirements:``` - Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Loan Officer - Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and mortgage lending best practices - Florida NMLS (required) - Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients - Exceptional customer service skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
