If needed, our coaches and account executives will be available to help you find the best program from our 200+ lenders and programs.
You will have access to clients already vetted by our Inside Sales Agents and network of Realtors to complement your business and monthly transactions.
Our processors will do the heavy lifting to get all additional docs and conditions met.
If you are self motivated, can close multiple transactions per month and want to increase your commissioned payments, this will be the best opportunity for you.
High BPS compensation available on self generated transactions (.
220 bps or more) and split on those provided by us.
Speaking Spanish will be a plus! *Responsibilities* * Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits * Complete thorough loan applications to determine financial eligibility with applicable ratios * Good communication skills to request or provide information to clients and agents * Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them * Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services * Maintain and update account records * Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans * Go the “extra mile” to build trusting relationships and customer loyalty * Make sure to operate in compliance with laws and regulations *Skills* * Solid understanding of lending products and practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills over the phone * Customer satisfaction orientated while being sales driven Work Remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $75,000.
