```Duties```
- Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating their financial situation and providing suitable loan options
- Collect and analyze financial information, such as income, assets, and credit history, to determine the feasibility of granting loans
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including completing necessary paperwork and gathering required documentation
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure loan applications meet lending criteria and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in lending practices to provide accurate and informed advice to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry to generate leads and referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns that arise
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or similar role in the financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing procedures
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately
- Familiarity with accounting software and mortgage servicing systems
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills to effectively communicate loan options and terms to clients
- Outstanding customer service abilities to build trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate completion of loan applications and documentation
