*Qualifications*
* Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits.
* Complete thorough loan applications to determine financial eligibility with applicable ratios
* Good communication skills to request or provide information to clients and agents and justify decisions (approvals/rejections) to provide guidance
* Keep up to date on industry knowledge and types of loans available
* Assess customer needs, explore all options and propose possible scenarios
* Go the “extra mile” to build trusting relationships and client/realtor loyalty
* Make sure to operate in compliance with laws and regulations

* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the mortgage branch, including team management, customer service, and sales management.
* Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and facilitate lending processes.
* Implement and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve revenue targets and provide exceptional financial services to clients.
* Oversee loan origination, processing, and servicing activities to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.
* Collaborate with underwriting and loan officers to facilitate loan approvals and maintain customer relationships.
* Uphold a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and team members.
