Immediate Hire- Experienced Leasing Professional (Rosemont)

Job Title: Leasing Professional- Location: Village Lakes Apartments – Orlando, FL 32808 Hours: Full Time Description: Pioneer Property Management is currently looking for an experienced leasing with a minimum of 1-year multifamily property management leasing experience.
We are looking for a hardworking, hands-on, and team-oriented individual.
Must have superior customer service and closing skillset.
Yardi experience is a plus.
Summary: Responsible for assisting the community's Property Manager in achieving pre-determined goals and objectives of the community.
Responsibilities: • Aid in leasing activities and resident relations • Answer telephone while maintaining courteous and helpful attitude to residents and prospects • Intake, review and process rental applications with accuracy • Prepare lease renewal and rental increase notices to be reviewed by Property Manager • Review and manage CRM que daily.
• Record notices to vacate; interview resident to determine reason for vacating • Handle resident complaints in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner • Follow management procedures as directed • Marketing of community.
