*Role Description*
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Loan Officer position located in Doctor Phillips and Celebration inside a real estate office with 38 agents, in FL, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Senior Loan Officer will be responsible for developing and retaining relationships with mortgage loan clients, analyzing credit and financial data, and processing loan applications within designated lending limits.
The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in the mortgage industry to provide financial advice and consultation for clients, establish new business relationships, and manage existing client portfolios.
*Qualifications*
* 3+ years of demonstrated experience in the mortgage industry as a loan originator or loan officer
* In-depth knowledge of underwriting and loan processing procedures, practices, and regulations
* Excellent knowledge of financial analysis software applications, financial and mortgage loan forms, and document processing procedures
* Demonstrate ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, and business partners of diverse backgrounds
* Strong critical thinking, problem resolution, active listening, and decision-making abilities
* Must have and maintain a National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) certification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Bilingual (English- Spanish)

Pay: $63,923.
