Job Summary: As a key member of the Accounting team, the Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for efficiently processing vendor invoices across multiple entities with a high level of accuracy.

Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for invoicing properties for various monthly fees and reimbursable per the management agreement File monthly sales tax for all applicable entities Responsible for all functions of Accounts Payable for multiple entities Ensure that daily invoices and credits are properly coded and updated in the accounts payable system Process weekly check run Resolve discrepancies of vendor balances by examining statements and previous balance with continuous communication with all proper parties to resolve differences Maintain proper backup and checks in electronic filing system Reconcile credit card expenses Job Qualifications / Experience: High school degree or equivalent.
Some college preferred.
Minimum of (2) years relevant experience with an understanding of basic accounting principles.
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and problem-solve effectively by offering solutions to issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
