Pay Range: $50,000 to $65,000

Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly closing process.
Prepare bimonthly accounts payable.
Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
Prepare tenant invoicing/statements, process late fees and communicate to tenants.
Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and conducting internal audits.
Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
Assisting with CAM reconciliations.
Perform monthly sales tax reporting to state (if applicable).
Communicate with tenants regarding collection matters when needed.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Assisting the Real Estate Accounting Manager as needed.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in an property management accounting role.
Familiarity with Yardi and/or MRI accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Qualifications:
Yardi and/or MRI experience.
Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
Work Authorization.
