We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Regional Property Manager - Affordable Housing (HUD) to join our team.

S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development) programs within our organization.
The Regional Property Manager - Affordable Housing (HUD) will supervise and support the management of assigned Rental Retirement Communities including oversight for day to day operations and financial management, building maintenance audits, REAC inspections and reviews, resident relations, and staff supervision.

Essential Job Functions
- Regularly visits RRCs for purposes of support, oversight, inspection, and compliance review including meeting all applicable codes and laws with regard to health and safety.
Provides expert guidance to internal staff on HUD regulations, policies, and procedures Holds RRC administrator accountable for day to day operations responsibilities.
- Manage and administer HUD FHFC programs, ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Supports and enforces HUD guidelines, Grant programs and budgeting and administration.
- Keeps up to date with current information relating to HUD/ FHFC regulations.
- Supports administrators in admissions and discharges following RRC standards and guidelines.
- Monitors budget compliance and recommends appropriate actions for better efficiencies.
- Assists administrator with marketing efforts to maintain or increase occupancy.
- Assists administrators with the bidding of vendor contracts in accordance with HUD and WCoF requirements and with monitoring work projects.
- Assists administrators with property evaluation and projected capital needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Housing Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HUD program administration or affordable housing management.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist certification completed
- Strong understanding of HUD regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
