The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, leasing, and possess the necessary skills to excel in a dynamic work environment.
*Qualifications:*
* Leasing experience is a must
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and Entrata
* Well-organized, personable, and responsible
* Strong customer service skills
* Goal-oriented with excellent leadership skills
* Budget management control experience
* Vendor relation management experience
* Ability to multitask and be proactive
* Knowledgeable in Landlord-Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Laws
* Willingness to travel between Houston and Baytown
*Responsibilities:*
* Meet company goals and objectives
* Manage the property, staff, and ensure high performance
* Collaborate with maintenance to ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
* Conduct inspections of vacated units pre and post punch to certify compliance with standards
* Practice expense control and adhere to the budget
* Maximize income and ensure successful rent collection
* Ensure notices are sent at the appropriate time and in accordance with local and state regulations
