DSR Property Management LLC is seeking an in-house manager for 40 apartment units and an 18-unit mobile home park both in Lake County.
One of the efficiency rental units is provided for free, including utilities, and cable.
Hourly Wage TBD at interview.
Applicant must have experience in property management (Real Estate Agent would be a plus) and be familiar with state Landlord/Tenant laws.
Experience in property management software such as Buildium is a plus.
Maintenance experience is a must, do you have a truck and your own tools?
Trade licensing (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, a plus.
Some rentals are vacant and need to be rented.
Others need repairs.
WE EXPECT that, in addition to leasing and on-site management activities, you will be able to do some basic repairs yourself (plumbing, an occasional clogged drain, and basic handy work.
Also, a clean driving record as verified by a motor vehicle report.
