*Job description* *Position: *Leasing Agent *Location: *Tavares and Mount Dora *Salary:* Based upon qualifications and experience *Summary:* Property management firm is seeking a LEASING AGENT who is outgoing, eager for a challenge, work well in a fast paced environment with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to lease apartments, market in the local target market and assist current residents at its apartment communities located in Tavares and Mount Dora.
This key position will be responsible for the following: Ø All aspects of the leasing process from the initial point of contact to following up with the resident after move-in Ø Coordinate online marketing Ø Work with the manager and assistant manager in fulfilling the marketing strategy Ø Assist current residents Ø Assist the resident relations team with lease renewals and other resident events/activities \*The above list is to provide a general idea of the position responsibilities; actual duties and responsibilities may very slightly.
