First and foremost, I am a very responsible person, I have a job and and car, I have references and I don’t mind a background check at all, but I have ran ads on here, it seems like right off the bat, it’s all about money first, not about the character of the person you might let move into your home, i sure as hell would be more concerned with a person living in your home than money, I live about 30 miles from Leesburg, (Ocala), I just want to be close to work (Leesburg) or somewhere within 10 miles of Leesburg if possible, my budget is between 150-175 pe week, must have private bathroom, I am a 60 year old male, I am a barber in Leesburg, I would prefer renting from an older person, if interested pleas send me an email, don’t like to give out my number until I talk to someone who is more interested in a good roommate than money, Thanks for your time, please feel free to email me and I will contact you immediately, I am not in a situation that I have to move, just tired of driving 60 miles a day round trip,
