I read one hour per day at bedtime, I sleep best at 76-78 degrees, interested in movies and certain sports and would appreciate a pleasant, relaxed TV time once or twice per week with a good guy or girl roommate (maybe even with a few mutual friends), open-minded about others' relationships but I don't do romance anymore myself so I don't expect any overnight guests.
I use the kitchen 2 or 3 times per week for meal prep and then survive on really good leftovers the other days.
