_PlanSource is a high-growth software company headquartered in Orlando, Florida with offices in Salt Lake City, Charleston, and Bengalaru.
_As a *Business Development Executive,* you will be responsible for meeting an annual revenue goal and expanding PlanSource’s reseller partner market share, a fast-growing and existing channel.
You will be well-supported and our leveraged-sales model gives you access to a strong network of partners, so you can hit the ground running.
Your responsibilities will include: * Build, manage and generate new business leads developing a portfolio of partners * Develop and execute strategic business partnerships with National and Local regional broker firms, general agencies, insurance carriers, and other industry verticals with a focus on generating new reseller partner leads and growing new revenue * Build and manage relationships with Reseller Sales and Business Development teams * Understand reseller partner strategy, identifying areas of alignment, and structuring compelling sales initiatives * Increase PlanSource awareness and preference with National Broker firms and Large regional firms, general agencies, insurance carriers, and other industry verticals * Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly partner status reports to include activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
* Become an expert in PlanSource’s reseller value proposition and how to position solutions to prospective partners * Adapt presentations to suit a particular audience; respond to objections successfully * Travel as needed to visit partners, perform sales presentations, industry conferences, complete training, etc.
About You: Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals by achieving and exceeding your qualifications/abilities include: * Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business or Business Administration preferred * 6+ years of relevant sales experience * HR, benefits and/or payroll industry experience required * Knowing or having successful experience in channel sales * Proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery as well as follow a consultative sales process * Persuasive speaking skills and persistent with follow-up * Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment with a cadence of delivering monthly results * Strong financial acumen related to product pricing, customer profitability and achieving sales goals * Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, and web-based presentation technology * Ability to travel up to 50% * High energy and positive attitude.
