* Actively quote and write home and auto policies to customers * Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, policy problems, service questions and general client concerns * Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with each customer * Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call * Assists other agents with document completion and policy follow ups Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.
