Sales Representative
*Job Summary *
Responsible for identifying and locating new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region or industry.
Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
*Education and Experience *
High school diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, economics, or finance preferred.
Proven track record in achieving sales quotas; three-to-five years preferred.
*Qualifications and Skills *
Has a general understanding of the principles of sales with strong communication skills and experience with customer service.
*Direct Report *
Reports to the sales manager.
*Primary Responsibilities and Duties *
Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the correct service and or product(s) to solve the customer’s problem.
Assist in making presentations for large-scale and corporate sales recruitment events.
Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers, brokers, realtors, and lenders.
Use company literature and available training resources to maintain current knowledge of credit restoration laws and regulations to offer innovative services.
Other duties as assigned in relationship to sales.
*Performance Indicators *
Maintains a weekly attendance percentage of 95%.
Secures three positive reviews per week.
Makes a minimum of 80 prospecting calls per week.
Nurtures and develops two new pipeline relationships per week.
Ensures requirements to start work are completed within one week of each sell.
Engage in one educational activity per week to improve his or her knowledge based and ability to apply enhanced sales strategies and techniques to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
Sets realistic expectations with clients to reduce disputes and refund requests.
Meets a minimum sales quota of $1,518.
42 per week, which is satisfactory performance while developing sales strategies to meet challenge and stretch sales goals of a minimum of $4,807.
70 per week.

*Starting Salary *
No Experience: $31,200 plus bonuses and commissions
With Moderate Experience: Up-To $35,360 plus bonuses and commissions
With Extensive Experience: Up-To $41,600 plus bonuses and commissions
