Servello is a growing landscape company that is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager for the central Florida area.
Must be outgoing, self-motivated and have strong written and oral communication skills.
*Responsibilities include:*
This position is responsible for overseeing various landscape maintenance contracts on high-profile commercial properties.
Planning, scheduling, and implementing the tasks of multiple field crews.
Meet the specifications, budgets, and client expectations.
Interacting on a regular basis with clients, through verbal and written communications.
Monitoring landscape health and care needs.
Enhancing landscapes of clients by offering appropriate additional services.
Demonstrating positive behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting the Company.
*Basic Skills Sets*: Qualified applicants must have at least 2 years experience in commercial maintenance.
Valid Florida driver’s license is a must.
Proficient computer skills, to include programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Salary $60K + based on experience level
