We are looking for a customer-focused and driven Metronet Representative to join our team.
As a Metronet Representative, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting Metronet and DirecTV products, and closing sales to meet individual and team goals.
*Responsibilities of the Metronet and DirecTV Associate:*
* Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, using active listening skills to identify their needs and recommend Metronet and DirecTV products
* Demonstrate knowledge of Metronet and DirecTV products and services to confidently answer customer questions and make product recommendations
* Execute sales and promotional initiatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
* Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotions to build their understanding and increase the likelihood of a purchase
* Provide exceptional customer service, including post-sale follow-up, to build long-lasting relationships with customers
* Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on Metronet and DirecTV products and industry trends
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared sales goals and support store operations
* Able to work in a Retail/Kiosk setting
*Qualifications of the Metronet and DirecTV Associate:*
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
* Prior experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or promotions preferred
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
* A passion for technology and a desire to learn about new products and services
